Born in 1975, Emmanuelle Turlotte graduated from the ESSEC business school. She has dedicated her entire career to digital technology.
Emmanuelle Turlotte joined Cap Gemini Consulting in 1999, where she developed online activities for major companies such as Air France, Renault and Société Générale. She was in charge of design and online sales of new products and services, including aspects such as setting up new business models, design, processes and organisational structures.
As International Product Manager at Orange (2006-2012), she was responsible for the Voice over IP product range of the B2B market. In particular, she launched the iPhone for the B2C market in France and Europe and was in charge of manufacturer partnerships and multimedia services. Then, as international product lines’ manager, she was responsible for managing broadband, mobile and media product lines.
In 2012, she became Strategy and Customer Experience Manager at Voyages-sncf.com Rail Europe, the first e-commerce website in France. There, she supported the company’s development through a number of growth drivers, particularly international business and mobile, as well as through numerous innovations including the m-ticket, Mytripset, Instants V., the Pricing Table tool…She especially deployed new approaches, including AB Testing, agile development and responsive design.
